[Case Study] Product Packaging Line

By automating the entire process from measurement to packaging, both productivity and quality are significantly improved!

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Product Packaging Line" developed by Foods Tech Co., Ltd. In a small confectionery factory, semi-finished products were manually weighed and packaged after seasoning, but they could no longer keep up with a significant increase in production. As a solution, equipment was introduced to automatically weigh and package the semi-finished products after seasoning. As a result of automation, it became possible to produce 4 to 5 times the amount of products with half the workforce compared to before. [Overview] ■ Background leading to the introduction - Unable to cope with a significant increase in production ■ Solution - Introduced equipment for automatic weighing and packaging - Weighing and packaging machines were selected as relatively inexpensive equipment *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
